Dear Families,

Here is a copy of the Update of Family Information Form that you will receive this evening.

The form contains a link to the following information: 

1. Publicity and the Use of Student Images
2. Acceptable ICT Use
3. Technology Use at Home
4. Information Collection Notice

You are asked to read the information and then sign off that you have read it on the form.

Forms are to be returned to the Office by this Friday the 7th February.
