Fees are to be paid as a one-off payment or in instalments however, all fees must be finalised by the end of Term 3 of each year unless a direct debit system is in place or by prior arrangement with the Principal and Finance Officer. Direct debits can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly and the Finance Officer can assist you to set this up.
Payments can be made:
- Through the school front office via cash/cheque/EFTPOS/credit card.
- Direct debit – forms can be obtained by contacting the front office.
If you hold a current HCC card you need to make an appointment to meet with the Finance Officer at the beginning of Term 1 to determine the discount on your tuition fee.
If you are having difficulty or running behind with a payment, you are asked to contact the Finance Officer immediately to communicate your plan for payment.
If you require significant consideration of time to pay your fees, you are required to arrange to meet with the Principal to discuss a way forward.
